Can I start before I arrive in Dubai?

Yes. Most people sign up before their flight. We book your short stay and start the search while you are still at home.

Do I need an Emirates ID for the short stay?

No. You can stay in our furnished flats with your passport and entry permit. The long-term lease needs the Emirates ID, and we plan viewings for the week it arrives.

When do I pay the finding fee?

Only when you sign a lease. The fee is lower than the usual 5% agency commission. If we don't find your home, you pay nothing for the search.

How does monthly rent work?

A licensed payment partner pays your landlord the full year upfront. You pay the partner in 12 monthly instalments, so you can still get the one-cheque price.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Dubai. You choose up to four areas, or tell us where you work and we suggest areas with a good commute.

Will you ever ask me for money before a viewing?

Never. If anyone asks you to pay to see a home, it is not us. Tell your advisor.
